  • Plasticizers
  • Vulcanizing ageent
  • Tackifiers

1. Filling stage
The filling is the first step in the entire rubber injection cycle. The time is calculated from the beginning of injection when the mold is closed until the mold cavity is filled to about 95%.

2. Pressure-holding stage
The role of the holding pressure stage is to apply continuous pressure to compact the melt and increase the density of the rubber, thus compensating for the shrinkage behavior of the rubber.

3. Cooling stage
In rubber injection mold, the design of the cooling system is very important. A well-designed cooling system can greatly shorten the molding time, improve injection molding productivity, and reduce costs.

4. Demoulding stage
Demoulding is the last step in an injection molding cycle. There are two main ways of release: ejector rod release and stripper plate release.
